President Droupadi Murmu on Sunday congratulated Eldhose Paul and Abdulla Aboobacker on winning gold and silver respectively in the men's triple jump at CWG 2022 and said, "History created!". India won both gold and silver medals in this category at the CWG. Paul won the medal with a best jump of 17.03 metre, while Aboobacker jumped 17.02 metre.
