The Himachal Pradesh Police on Saturday arrested a person in connection with the injury to a pregnant cow, which ate wheat flour mixed with explosive substances in Bilaspur district. The cow is believed to have strayed towards the neighbour's fields, where someone had placed explosive-filled wheat flour ball. Police are awaiting forensic reports to ascertain nature of the explosive material.
