Praveg Communications (India) Limited (PCIL) announced its quarterly and yearly results ended on March 31, 2022 on 24th May, 2022, reporting net profit of Rs. 12.23 crores, compared to Rs. 10.80 crores for the previous year, with a rise of 13.23% per cent in net profit. The Company’s revenue reflected stability for the year ended on March 31, 2022 at Rs. 44.99 crores, when compared to the last year’s revenue i.e. Rs. 45.27 crores. Further, the Board of the Company has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4/- per equity share.

“The results have been in line with our expectations and satisfying”, said Shri Paras Patel, Managing Director of the Company. He further added that the Company is all geared up to achieve momentum growth in time to come. 

Praveg Communications (India) Limited is reckoned for its strong leadership across diverse business segments like Exhibition Management, Event Management, Tourism & Hospitality and Publication. The Company is looking forward to widening its hospitality portfolio by establishing world-class resorts in Ahmedabad, Udaipur, Ranthambore, Jawai Dam and Velavdar. In the next phase, Praveg will be working towards setting up 10 more resorts, some of which will be first-of-its-kind in India. To diversify its portfolio, Praveg is venturing into Media with soon-to-be-launching Praveg TV, Skill Development and Real Estate Marketing.
