Ahead of the 2022 state Assembly elections, Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh on Monday appointed strategist Prashant Kishor as his Principal Advisor.The strategist, who had been hired by the Chief Minister and the Punjab Congress for the 2017 Assembly elections, had played a key role in shaping the party's brute majority in the House.
