West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee on Thursday criticised National Human Rights Commission over its report on alleged post-poll violence and termed it "political vendetta". Saying NHRC leaked the report instead of submitting it in court, she added, "They're maligning people of Bengal." Earlier, NHRC called "situation in Bengal a manifestation of law of ruler instead of rule of law".
