Praising 'Operation Ganga', Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia said on Tuesday that PM Narendra Modi had taken charge as protector of all Indians amid Ukraine crisis. "[I]...received a call at 11:30 pm [and was summoned]...to Delhi, to be sent to Romania [to oversee mission]," he added. Centre had launched 'Operation Ganga' to evacuate Indians from Ukraine amid the Russian invasion.
