Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday launched the Kashi Tamil Sangam at Varanasi’s Namo Ghat. This is the second edition of the festival. The PM is on a 2-day visit to his parliamentary constituency, Varanasi and is scheduled to inaugurate several other development projects in the holy city.
