Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to launch a number of development projects worth Rs 13,000 crore in Varanasi on Friday. He will participate in a prize distribution programme Friday for the winners of Sansad Sanskrit Pratiyogita at the Banaras Hindu University, officials said.
