Gujarat Minister of State for Home, Harsh Sanghvi, on Friday said Prime Minister Modi spoke to the Chief Minister of Gujarat last night to inquire about the loss cyclone Biparjoy has caused in the state, and also about the Babbar lions of the Gir. He also said that Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel also took a thorough stock of the situation through late night calls. “Late last night, at around 4 am, CM Bhupendra Patel himself talked to all the ministers on the phone and took the details of the damage caused by the storm,” he further said. Some people, including 22 policemen, are injured and are undergoing treatment, he said.
