Prime Minister Narendra Modi appreciated a little girl’s thoughtful gesture towards TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan. Seven-year-old Nalini Singh, who is from Himachal Pradesh’s Una, donated her pocket money to support TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan. Under this initiative, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) implemented an ambitious National Strategic Plan with the goal of achieving SDG End TB targets by 2025.
Little Nalini was felicitated by Governor of Himachal Pradesh Shiv Pratap Shukla. The pictures from the ceremony were shared on Twitter by the Minister of Health and Family Welfare Dr Mansukh Mandaviya. The tweet also caught PM Modi’s attention and the gesture was appreciated by him. "Good gesture,” the tweet read.
