Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, while addressing a rally in UP's Amethi on Friday, claimed that PM Narendra Modi and his friends have "broken the backbone" of India's employment sector. He said, "When (BJP) said nothing happened in our 70 years, they actually meant nothing happened for Ambani, Adani," adding small shopkeepers, traders and farmers give employment, not the biggest billionaires.
