The Ministry of External Affairs said on Friday that five buses are being operated to evacuate Indians from Kharkiv and Pisochin in eastern Ukraine. Spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said, "900-1000 Indians [are] stranded in Pisochin and over 700 in Sumy." He said the Indian government had requested Ukrainian authorities to arrange special trains but it's yet to get a response.
