Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Raveesh Kumar has refuted US President Donald Trump's claim that PM Narendra Modi requested him to mediate on Kashmir issue with Pakistan. "It has been India's consistent position that all outstanding issues with Pakistan are discussed only bilaterally," Kumar tweeted. "Any engagement with Pakistan would require an end to cross border terrorism," he added.
