Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday congratulated Shiv Sena's Eknath Shinde and BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis on being sworn in as new Maharashtra CM and Deputy CM respectively. "A grassroots level leader, [Shinde] brings with him rich political, legislative and administrative experience," PM Modi said. Congratulating Fadnavis, PM Modi said that he is an inspiration for every BJP worker.
