Lalit Jha, the man behind Wednesday’s security breach in the Parliament, was on Thursday placed under arrest after he surrendered at a police station in Delhi. The breach came on the 22nd anniversary of the 2001 terror attack on the Parliament.
Sources said he surrendered at the Kartavya Path Police Station, which lies in the neighbourhood of the Prime Minister’s residence
