On Monday the Congress said taking the long standing issue with Pakistan over Kashmir to the ICJ would “not be a practical move” and Pakistan was “highly mistaken”. Congress leader PC Chacko said the two cases were quite different. He said since consular access itself was denied, India had no choice but to approach the ICJ in Kulbhushan Jadhav case.
