Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani said over 60% of the COVID-19 cases in the state are from eight municipal corporations. In a virtual meeting, Rupani asked the municipal commissioners of the eight civic bodies to hold regular meetings with elected office bearers. He added that the elected members are people's representatives and they have to be responsible instead of becoming complainants.
