Former Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh on Thursday made it official that he is not with Congress anymore and neither was joining the BJP. Interacting with the media in Chandigarh after returning from his 2-day New Delhi visit, Amarinder Singh described Navjot Singh Sidhu as a person who is "not good for the state' and added, "I won't let him win from wherever he contests election."
Meanwhile, sources say there was no consensus in the meeting between Navjot Singh Sidhu and CM Charanjit Singh Channi that could resolve the Punjab Congress crisis.
