Kashmir Inspector General of Police (IGP) Vijay Kumar on Sunday said that no resident of Srinagar district is active in terrorist ranks now after the killing of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) commander Ishfaq Rashid Khan. Khan, a resident of Sozeith area of Srinagar, was killed along with another terrorist Aijaz Ahmad in an encounter with security forces in Ranbirgarh area on Saturday.
