The Delhi HC declined to interfere with the Patiala House court’s order staying the execution of the Nirbhaya convicts, and held that the death warrants for all the convicts had to be executed together. Justice Suresh Kait held that the death warrant cannot be executed separately for the four convicts. Further, the High Court directed the convicts to avail all their legal remedies within one week.
