PM Narendra Modi in Uttar Pradesh's Varanasi interacted with several Indian medical students who had returned from war-hit Ukraine. The PM said, "I believe, students like you would not have needed to go outside India had the medical education policies been right since the beginning." He added, "No parent wants to send their child away at a small age."
