Centre has told farmers' representatives that the next round of talks will be held only if farmers are ready to accept its proposal of putting a stay on farm laws, BKU spokesperson Rakesh Tikait said on Friday. Centre said this during the eleventh round of talks on farm laws in Delhi. Centre had proposed an 18-month stay on farm laws.
