CBI officials on Sunday refuted reports that Look Out Circulars were issued against Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia and others in the excise policy scam case. The officials said that the process of scrutinising documents is going on and notices are being issued to suspects for questioning. Responding to reports, Sisodia said he is roaming freely in Delhi.
