West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Thursday announced that there will be no lockdown in the state on September 12 to help ease NEET aspirants' travel to examination centres. The NEET (UG) is scheduled to take place on September 13. Earlier, Banerjee and other Chief Ministers had registered their protest against conducting JEE and NEET due to COVID-19 pandemic.
