The Supreme Court Monday categorically stated that no individual can be forced to get vaccinated against COVID-19, adding that bodily autonomy and integrity are protected under the Constitution of India. The court further endorsed the Union government’s COVID-19 vaccination policy, stating that it is satisfied about the fact that the policy can't be said to be unreasonable and manifestly arbitrary.
