Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla informed on Tuesday that all Indians have been evacuated from Kyiv, the capital of war-hit Ukraine. He said the government estimated that 20,000 Indians are in Ukraine and of them, 12,000 have been evacuated. Of the remaining 40%, most are in Kharkiv. India will operate 26 flights over next three days for evacuation, he added.
