Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday claimed the Centre has put the Delhi government's Budget on hold a day before it was going to be presented in the Assembly. Sources in the Ministry of Home Affairs confirmed the news, pointing out that the Centre has sought clarification on expenditure on advertisements by the Aam Aadmi Party government before clearing the presentation of Budget.
