Union Sports Minister Vijay Goel ruled out chances of a bilateral series between India and Pakistan saying "cricket and terrorism can't go hand-in-hand." His comments come ahead of a meeting between BCCI and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) officials, scheduled for Monday evening in Dubai. He added that the BCCI should send out a proposal after consulting the government.
