The Additional Session Judge D Rana on Wednesday issued a notice to respondents (convicts) on an application filed by prosecution seeking issuance of fresh death warrant against convicts. The court has stated the matter for 2 pm tomorrow and also sought a response on the application. Earlier today, the Delhi government moved a court seeking fresh date for the execution of four convicts in the 2012 Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case.
