The National Investigation Agency has filed a chargesheet against controversial preacher Zakir Naik for allegedly inciting youngsters for terror activities and giving hate speeches. The NIA chargesheet includes 85 statements made under Section 161 in the Code Of Criminal Procedure (CrPC)--witness statements taken by NIA sleuths.
Among the most indicting statements against Zakir Naik is the one made by Naik's sister Nailah Noorani who has confessed that her brother was using her as a tool in a company set up by him. The other damaging statement against Naik comes from Amir Gazdar, a close aide of the controversial Islamic preacher.
