Nepal President Bidhya Devi Bhandari today ratified the Constitution Amendment Bill for changing the map of Nepal to include Indian territories of Kalapani, Lipulekh and Limpiyadhura. Earlier today, the Upper House of Nepal's Parliament had unanimously approved the amendment. Earlier, India had said, "This unilateral act is not based on historical facts and evidence."
