Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has decided to dissolve Parliament after convening an emergency cabinet meeting today. Oli arrived at the president's office with the recommendation of the cabinet. It will now be forwarded to President Bidya Devi Bhandari for approval, reports said.Earlier, PM Oli was under pressure to withdraw an ordinance related to the Constitutional Council Act that he had issued on Tuesday and was approved by President Bidya Devi Bhandari within an hour.The act gives him the right to convene meetings and make decisions even in presence of only three members instead of a full quorum.
