Supreme Court today heard two separate petitions today, challenging the CBSE improvement or compartment exam schedule, and the notification for NEET UG exam to be held on September 12. It then rejected the plea by CBSE compartment or improvement exam students to defer NEET UG exam as it shared exam dates with a few of the CBSE papers. SC bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar asked the students to approach the National Testing Agency which conducted NEET through a competent authority to consider the representation.
