Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satya Pal Malik on Saturday granted permission to the 15-member delegation of Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (NC) to meet party president Farooq Abdullah and vice-president Omar Abdullah today in Srinagar. The 15-member NC delegation is led by NC provincial president Devender Singh Rana.
