Mumbai's coronavirus cases rose to 88,795 after it reported 1,282 new cases in 24 hours, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) said on Thursday. As many as 68 more fatalities were reported in Mumbai, taking its death toll to 5,129. Of the total cases, 59,751 have recovered so far and the district's recovery rate has improved to 67%, the BMC added.
