A Tamil Nadu farmer leader has admitted that it was a mistake to call off their protests in Delhi over the state's drought situation. The farmers had called off their agitation after 41 days following CM Palaniswami's promises. "The state had no plans to do anything. They just wanted to get rid of us from the capital," the leader said.
