An old man standing in a queue for subsidised onions at Rs. 25 per kilogram died due to cardiac arrest in Gudivada town of Krishna district in Andhra Pradesh on Monday. The man was waiting in the queue to buy subsidised onions which are being sold by the government. Though he was shifted to a hospital, he was declared brought dead.
