Patna: Bihar police arrested a man for obscene tweet with a morphed picture of Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra.
According to the police, his name is Yogi Surajnath, a resident of north bihar whi describe himself as a bhakt of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on social media was arrested from residency in Binodpur town.
