West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee on Thursday wrote to PM Narendra Modi seeking his intervention for early approval of Bharat Biotech's Covaxin by World Health Organization. She said careers of students are at stake as some foreign nations are allowing those who are inoculated with WHO-approved vaccines. An approval will even benefit those travelling abroad for jobs, businesses, she added.
