Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge will attend Prime Minister-designate Narendra Modi's oath-taking ceremony today, the Congress said in a statement. This came a day after Kharge received the invitation for the ceremony.The decision to attend the ceremony has been taken after consulting with the INDIA bloc partners.
