The Army Major, who had tied a Kashmiri civilian to a jeep to escape stone-pelting by protesters, has been given clean chit by the Court of Inquiry convened by the Army, a report has stated. Even a disciplinary action hasn't been recommended against the officer. As per the report, senior officers have appreciated his presence of mind to avoid casualties.
