The Shiv Sena has moved the Supreme Court against Governor's recommendation for President’s Rule in Maharashtra. The Shiv Sena on Monday had asked the governor for three days' time to stake a claim to form the government, but the request was denied. In the petition, Shiv Sena said that Koshyari had "in hot haste refused to grant even three days’ time". The party, reportedly, took legal advice from Congress leader and eminent lawyer Kapil Sibal.
