In a big relief to Maharashtra Chie Minister Eknath Shinde, the Bombay High Court dismissed the PIL filed by Shiv Sena UBT against the then Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari's decision to stop the appointment of 12 MLCs to the Maharashtra Legislative Council.
