Hours after a video of a man urinating on a tribal labourer in Madhya Pradesh's Sidhi district was recovered by the police, the accused, Pravesh Shukla, has been arrested. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said the culprit "won't be spared at any cost".
