The 28-year-old British man who killed two people in a stabbing spree on London Bridge on Friday, was identified on Saturday as Usman Khan, a UK-born terrorist who was jailed seven years ago over a plot to bomb the London Stock Exchange, a Mumbai-style attack on the UK parliament, and build a terror camp on land owned by his family in Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir to launch attacks on Kashmir. Khan, however, had been freed from prison in 2018 subject to the condition that his movements be restricted and monitored.
