According to Election Commission, West Bengal recorded 70% voter turnout till 3pm, while UP recorded 43.95 %. Delhi recorded 44.58 % while Anantnag Rajouri seat of Jammu and Kashmir recorded 44.41 % turnout. Jharkhand recorded 54.34 % turnout, Haryana 46.26 and Bihar 45.21 percent.
