The 58 seats voting today saw 10.82 % approximate voter turnout till 9 am, Election Commission of India said. West Bengal recorded 16.5%, while UP recorded 12.3 %. Delhi recorded 8.9 % while Anantnag Rajouri seat of Jammu and Kashmir recorded 8.8 % turnout, the poll panel said.
