The Election Commission of India (ECI) has recorded a voter turnout of 52.60 per cent (approximately) till 3 pm in the Phase 4 polling in the ongoing Lok Sabha elections, the data shared by Voter Turnout app stated. West Bengal recorded the highest turnout with 66.05 per cent polling.
