The 49 seats voting in phase 5 of Lok Sabha Elections have recorded 10.28 per cent voter turnout till 9 am, according to Election Commission of India.
West Bengal recorded highest with 15 per cent followed by UP with 12.89% turnout Jharkhand with 11.68 per cent turnout, the poll panel said. Bihar recorded 8.86%, Jammu & Kashmir 7.63%, Ladakh 10.51%, Maharashtra 6.33% and Odisha 6.87% voter turnout in first two hours.
