Union Minister Prakash Javadekar on Tuesday criticised Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for saying that nationwide coronavirus lockdown in India has "failed" in its purpose. Asserting that Rahul's statement was "wrong", Javadekar said that doubling rate of coronavirus infection has decreased to 13 days from three days due to lockdown. "This is India's success," said Javadekar.
